Gemma Browne

Gemma Browne is an Irish Visual Artist who was born in London and lives in Dublin. She has exhibited in Ireland and internationally and received many awards including from the Arts Council of Ireland. She had solo shows at Kevin Kavanagh Gallery and The Lab Gallery in Dublin in 2020, was in Sift Painting curated by John Busher in Wilton Castle, Wexford and took part in a film made by the Dock Arts in 2020. Previous shows include Paper Cuts at Tripp Gallery, London, GIFC at The Hole Gallery, New York and Eurojet Futures at RHA Gallery, Dublin. She has taken part in ARCO, Madrid, Athina, Athens, Manchester Contemporary and Atlanta Contemporary Art Fairs.
Upcoming shows include Crossings, Main Exhibition, Boyle Arts Festival, curated by Paul McKenna, Pallas Projects Ark Life, fundraising online show and Dubliners with Pallas Projects at the invited presentation for the 6th Biennal of Painting in Zagreb, Croatia.
She is represented by Kevin Kavanagh Gallery in Dublin.
